A STATEMENT OF ENCOURAGEMENT
Simmons Grove Missionary Baptist Church

To the Members and Friends of Simmons Grove Missionary Baptist Church,
As we enter this season of seeking a new pastor, let us remain steadfast in faith, united in love, and encouraged by the promises of God. While we may not know what the future holds, we serve a God who knows the plans He has for His people and who will never forsake His church.
This is a time for prayer, patience, and spiritual unity. We must trust God's timing, seek His guidance, and keep our hearts and minds focused on the work He has called us to do. The search for a pastor is not simply about finding a leader; it is about seeking the individual whom God will prepare and send to shepherd this congregation, preach His Word, and lead us forward in faith.
Let us remember that the church belongs to God, and He remains in control. Though leadership may change, our mission remains the same: to serve the Lord, love one another, reach the lost, and be a light in our community.
During this time, let us support one another, refrain from division, speak words of encouragement, and continue to worship and serve with gladness. May our prayers be sincere, our faith remain strong, and our fellowship reflect the love of Christ.
We believe that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. As we wait upon the Lord, may He strengthen our hearts, renew our hope, and guide every step of this process according to His perfect will.
Let us not grow weary in doing good, nor lose heart while we wait. God's timing is always right, His wisdom is perfect, and His plans are greater than our own.
May Simmons Grove Missionary Baptist Church continue to stand together in faith, walk together in love, and move forward together in the confidence that God is leading the way.

We are excited to get this ministry up and running, let’s commit to having 65 shoe boxes packed by the end of September. Let’s Bless a Child in a developing country this year!!!
